Policies
All ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds. Everyone (regardless of age) must have a ticket to enter the theatre. Prices, shows, schedules or artists are subject to change. The Box Office is unable to sell tickets via phone. Please note, the box office cannot sell tickets during events for shows other than the event occurring at the time.
Official Ticketing Channels
We strongly urge all patrons to purchase tickets through an official ticketing channel – The Saenger Theatre or Mahalia Jackson Theater Box Offices or Ticketmaster. Tickets obtained from other sources may be stolen or counterfeit and will not be honored.
