Our box office is committed to providing an excellent ticket buying experience for all shows at the Mahalia Jackson Theater. Come see us to purchase official tickets for concerts, comedy, performing arts groups and more!
Hours and Location
The Mahalia Jackson Theater Box Office is located in the front of the theater, facing the water fountain. This box office will only be open on show days, starting 2 hours prior to performance time. Otherwise, tickets for shows at the Mahalia Jackson Theater can be purchased at the Saenger Theatre Box Office (1111 Canal St.) open 12-4 PM Monday-Friday.
Policies
All ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds. Everyone (regardless of age) must have a ticket to enter the theatre. Prices, shows, schedules or artists are subject to change. The Box Office is unable to sell tickets via phone. Please note, the box office cannot sell tickets during events for shows other than the event occurring at the time.
Official Ticketing Channels
We strongly urge all patrons to purchase tickets through an official ticketing channel – The Saenger Theatre or Mahalia Jackson Theater Box Offices or Ticketmaster. Tickets obtained from other sources may be stolen or counterfeit and will not be honored.
